I think you are confusing yourself. If this stock sits at current PPS, it will split to .06. It ain't going to drop much unless those holding after the split simply want to sell for losses. Unless they dilute, which I highly doubt will happen (because no one will buy their shares at that point), they will use an S1 and start selling common shares to institutions as the stock rises. During this, retail will start buying, however little they buy. This idea that the pps will plummet post-split only occurs if management wants to dilute, they can only do so if there are buyers. With the amount of money they will need to conduct their empire, they CANNOT dilute. They need institutional investors that will buy these discounted shares for 2-3 years down the road when the pps is in the dollars. This is the only way I see it. The OS of these other major brands are 50-350,000,000, so very small.
