ATLX* will do it. Honestly, you aren't getting it. Management probably wants more institutions than retail. If you don't sell, you probably are smart. Because however free shares there will be will be sold off to institution investors on S1. The price right now is nothing. It RS to .06 or wherever and S1 is filed, this will start getting eaten.
