Not going to say it "Stinks" but its not transparency. People say "well you should have known a R/S was coming because of the share structure". The possibilities of a R/S was discussed on this board several times but it means nothing unless it comes from the leadership mouth. Do you think people would have been willing to stay here and park their money if they knew a R/S was going to happen this early? I been trading for years and cant name one stock where the leadership came in and announced a R/S this quick.
