No problem! My guess is that Hycroft is going to try and get the lawsuit dismissed by:

1. Relisting HYMCZ by extending the contract date to allow for time to provide relief and

2. Update the warrant share number and strike price according to the points listed in the lawsuit that have been missed by Hycroft in the past (which is pretty much every event!).

This would effectively close the case and would cost Hycroft nothing.

Can we please get a volunteer to sign up for that express service listed in the link below so that when Hycroft responds someone can post it here so everyone knows?
