I didn't agree with everything Lamberth did, but I don't put all the blame on him either.
I read virtually all the testimony that was posted on here and on twitter, and I felt like any reasonable jury would have awarded us with a win and several billion dollars.
We might have got the win anywhere else in the USA. It's hard to get a fair shake in DC. The cases were complicated and the average American today is not very smart.
Today's average person doesn't know their own state capital or what year the civil war started.
