There is no direct link as it forces you to download the court document.

Here is the process

Go to https://publicaccess.courts.state.mn.us/CaseSearch

Enter Bredeson in last name
Enter Jean in first name.

Hit FIND at the bottom.

Then it will list the two cases. You will need open the first one in the list (which its the newest case) by clicking on "View Case Details" and scroll down to the "Case Events"

You will then need to view the document "11/03/2022
Correspondence for Judicial Approval
Index #66" by clicking on it to download it.
