Apparently run out of Florida (wasn't their house under pre-forclosure the last time we looked?), and now set up in Texas. The property record is at https://esearch.gcad.org/Property/View/22506 Down at the bottom that page says:
JLF Holdings LLC business address is at an auto body shop in Longview, TX. The latest transaction is "WARRANTY DEED VENDORS LIEN", and the record lists JLF Holdings LLC as the property owner, so it looks like they hold the mortgage until the new "Cyclone Properties LLC" entity pays it off.
Boy, won't JLF be surprised when that doesn't happen.
"Cyclone Properties LLC" is actually Cyclone Real Properties LLC, registered in Florida:
Could be Don and Ray are the two new investors. Don't think their names have come up before. Must be new suckers.
And we're back to the same old tricks:
Yes, of course Cyclone is going to smash speed records! The last 12 or 13 years of announcements which never came true don't mean anything. Just look at the website of the IAASP (http://iaasp.org/index.htm) to see how serious this new effort is!
And look at the new shop:
There's a race car with no engine, and a race boat with no engine. Plus some plastic tubs of scrap metal, ahem, engine parts.
Their open house seems to have been a success, too:
Four people in Cyclone shirts, and somebody else. And naturally the excuses have already started of why the promised video of this open house has not been posted yet.
