There was nothing new this morning on either case However, I checked again to verify before responding to you and there is an update in the second case. I have copied the Defendant response and will paste in the next post but I encourage everyone to download and read the whole 11 pages that includes email chains for example. Seems everyday more like Jean is trying everything to muddy all of the waters and delay everything.
