Between races. I used to be on Ashland between Lunt and Morse. Went to Field School. Then moved to Ridge by Devon. Moved a couple of times since to my current at 1060 Addison.
Used to shoot pool at the Campus Room, further south played 16" at Margate Park. Hamilton's (when it was still there). Too many other places to list.
Saw Coco Taylor at a tiny bar on Sheridan a couple of blocks south of you about 33 or so years ago.
Also, worked on the alarm at a little tiny unmarked storefront south of the 400 that used to refurbish carnival ride animals.
Both places long gone.
And yes, as you know Chicago is all Lilly White Nationalists so I couldn't live on the same block as blacks, Muslims and Mexicans. We don't allow them kind in Chicago.
