"Why experts expect Phoenix hotels to surpass pre-pandemic levels" (Sept 26, 2022)--

"Occupancy is expected to increase 9.9 percent in 2022 to 67.9 percent, up from the previous 2022 forecast of 64.9 percent. Occupancy is also expected to approach pre-pandemic levels in 2023 with a 3.6 percent increase to 70.3 percent..."

So when calculating revenues from EV Hotel one might do well to allow for 30% of the rooms to be empty on average. I'm not sure it occupancy rates are more or less at premium/ luxury hotels or if their profit margins are greater or not. Of course the entire hospitality and travel industry was devastated by the pandemic so there's always that risk.

I guess the only way to know is to slap it up and see.
