What are the name of the actual hotels in Dubai and Punta Cana that Patel built? I'd like to check them out.

Again.... as with every ticker I comment on, I'm on record as saying IF this turned out to be a legit deal with ethical management that does what it says it will likely still be a good deal at higher than .0008, .001, .002, .01 etc. So just because someone doesn't jump in head first based on early hype, hooplah, hope and wishful thinking doesn't mean they're somehow incompetent or hoping others lose money. To the contrary, ethical critics often do investors a favor by drilling down on the DD of others who may have agendas -AND- holding management's feet to the fire. After all, what is an audit if not a critical deep dive into the past actions of a company? Should an auditor simply take the word of management because they "have a lot of friends?"

Lastly, some people simply choose to wait and see. Hard as it is for some to believe, they don't mind paying more once they are satisfied that the business is legit, management is ethical and in for the long haul. Without such people where will investor demand and growth come from?
