Looks like no accounting policy change was found. If they can book third party IPR&D in 2021 in certain R&D agreements, sans any evidence of an accounting policy change, they could do it in 2017 too.
Btw in 2018-2020 10ks certain R&D breakdown is completely missing. Same with a breakdown of special items.

The 65m paid in 2021, was paid Q2'21.

Could it be that there is a strategy to distract people away from looking at the basic data?
Is all this an exercise to create more and more forum verbiage to drown out any serious discussion of evidence?
