They havent even announced the PCAOB Audit completion yet but we know its done because the merger is complete....they are allowing people to load before the big news and official news which is rare.....this is how you know the new CEO has never dealt with OTC before , he is a breath of fresh air and did not use a PR to dump shares....he announced the new merger before PR'ing it...rare to see this.....
