Stupid to argue if its a buy or sell. The transaction happened on a matched price. Its the trial folks exiting freddie commons and speculators buying up shares.

I bought an extra 33k 50s just for this trial to even out at 150k shares. I am going sell 50k by 12/31 if we get a hung jury and book the loss.

There is no hurry to sell because the bid/ask already baked in a hung jury.

I bought back my 30k fnma today because a hung jury will not push fnma lower. This is for the nws vacate play. We fight on

When I sell the 50k jps, I might buy all fnma and use the 1.6b damage model and sue the fhfa. You guys can submit a joinder if you want. For FNMA remand, every shareholder is on their own.

Lamberth is not over. I am still hoping for the best at 1.6B bones.
