LBHI has not been an operating company since September 15, 2008 at 2:00 am.

Therefore, the OTC Expert Market is required to delist the CTS' on March 29, 2023. The BNYM will be forced to take appropriate action, on the Holders behalf, escrow Markers or cash payments.

Otherwise, LBHI is an operating company.
