Everything that he had is in Table 2 and are described as options. If you check the note, those options vested over a period of 36 months from the grant date, meaning he couldn't even execute the options, only stayed 4 months past the grant date. A vested option isn't an executed option, you'd only pull the trigger if the PPS was above the option price, and it wasn't.
