Breastfeeding helps protect infants against infection (possibly by providing helpful antibodies.)

I.e., It is theoretically possible that the mothers vaccinated against RSV could help prevent severe infections in their infants longer if they continue to breastfeed, even if they use a breast pump to provide milk.
