His blackmailing of Zelensky would have broken laws governing extortion and coercion by an officer of the United States.

Also by promoting the Jan.6 'whatever you want to call it' disgusting display in attempting to get Pence to break the federal law requiring him to certify (if that's the word) the vote, Trump clearly violated his presidential oath to defend the Constitution of the United States.
