Probably not today - too much shifting paper, organizing leaders, asking for all 8 opinions.

They'll get through that today.

Back & forth of he-said-he-said, re-educating each other on specifics and "well what abouts" tomorrow.

They should get to a decision by EOD tomorrow, IMO.

That is, if they are all of one mind.

Might get a little concerned if it does go to Thursday and then Friday.

Either they're socking it to the govt. or buying what the govt. is selling.

End of day Weds. is my prediction and a $1.6B win.

Not going to retire, but I've got enough JPS to pop some champagne... or plan on a party a year from now when the check(s) come in (post appeal).
