Of course, I expect an appeal. But remember it's also possible to lose appeals. I seem to recall a certain 9-zip ruling a little birdie told me about. Like I said yesterday, where might all of this have been if the plaintiff's in those numerous cases had said "Hey, how about we forget all of the damages and return of over-payments and we'll sweep the whole thing away if you just RELEASE US FROM CONSERVATORSHIP!"
