Already shown that Hudson Bay has been involved with Sintx and is known for pumping and dumping, which is precisely what has happened at Sintx over the years.
Why would Sonny risk such an endevour of aiding Hudson Bay in its P&D schemes while receiving some sort of kick back with his connections to Zimmer Biomet? He can make bank simply by securing and developing the IP and then selling it to Zimmer Biomet; all without risking getting in trouble with the law.

These are risk-averse companies that look to smaller companies like us to develop an idea, uh, and, uh, de-risk it, so to speak, and then buy that technology.
