Walter, with all due respect, but you have to blame management who opened up this path to the GXIIW warrants, which is far more favourable than buying ordinary NB shares and which - quite frankly - screws longtime NB shareholders, not on an absolute measure, but when compared with GXIIW warrantholders.
Anyone who believes in the deal to be closed and does NOT buy warrants is missing out on a huge opportunity which NB management created. At least that's how I understand it.
