Believing snpw will fly high when and if they receive financing seems very optimistic thinking. The risk being can they set up a factory, can they be profitable, can they develop a market for their products etc. Revenue/profits are the special sauce, the timeline for the creation of these is paramount. In short, it is the starting line of determining whether valuation can be increased significantly, not the finish line. But it would be nice to secure financing which will assure them of a position in the race.
