my guess, fomc meeting Wed a nothing burger, all about mid-terms

blues win - spending continuation/acceleration, new debt and market highs
reds win - fiscal restraint, markets in for a big nosedive, jpow fired by musk

got about a week to get SP 4200 then either 3k or 5k
