The young guys I used to work with would always make fun of me when I complained about my bill. They gave me all kinds of options but it was just too damned complicated for me. I just want to turn on my TV or log into the internet without any trouble like I've done for the last two decades.
The bills are becoming a sticking point though. There's no reason to be charged double than what they offer after being a loyal customer for so long. It's bullshit and it wastes my time having to fight them.
