I guess I'm just lazy and don't like to argue on the phone. Don't even get me started about my insurance company. Never have made a claim, always pay on time and the damn prices shoot through the roof.

They drilled me this year too. It's just a real hassle because I've been in the same boat for over twenty years with all of them and never thought I needed to fight until it got ludicrously out of line and I'm a person who doesn't like to change. I get stuck in a rut and think that there's nothing better.

Not so much with the newspapers but the paywall does suck so I figure a few bucks a month solves that but when they want to charge me as much as my water bill to read some shit online, then there's a problem.

Like I said, it's just a pain in the ass for me to play phone tag with these fuckers because I'm not a phone guy and I get very pissed trying to deal with them. My ex was really good with that but she's not around anymore to do my bidding. Nobody works in offices these days and even if I do go there, they tell me to call the hotline anyway. It's frustrating.
