Except one or both might appeal... but I do believe Ps just want the 1.6B "win".
Ds will just slink away, but hey, it's not THEIR money to pay lawyers, so therefore, I expect some appeal...

But then, on what basis - they have to be granted an appeal with some rationale.

In some regard, quick decision, $1.6B award, and then the other cases can use this as basis... not a bad result to get a "W"
