Checked the exec order for call up of troops, it was done in the event Covid actually caused a crisis requiring military intervention. Those have been instituted from time immemorial but Johnson has no clue.

Also Johnson is a singer, never served in the military and is basing his comments on speculation and opinion, just like Cat creating undocumented wild ass claims without links.
