It was a response to this post. The implication being that should this deal with EV fall thru other investors would "take interest in a clean shell" such as PLPL.

While that may be true, I pointed out that anyone interested in acquiring a shell like this with an O/S of 7.34 billion and counting would want to rid itself of all the bagholders incurred by previous managements. Then I explained exactly how I have personally seen that done.

So here's a reality check--- as of this moment there is no evidence that any "merger" has taken place between PLPL and EV Hotels. Therefore, anyone who buys shares of PLPL at this stage has ZERO ownership in EV Hotels. If, for any reason, such a deal fails to happen your investment will consist solely of shares in an EMPTY SHELL run by a lawyer.

That's where things stand until proven otherwise.
