That has been the pattern with RDGL (no news or delayed news is bad news), but in this case the Oct 17 meeting was revealed in last update, and MK may not have considered FDA green lighting a modified plan as news worthy (assume plan modified cuz meeting would have been canceled if there was nothing to discuss), and he figured by end of month, he'd have contract in place with JHU (can't contract execution of plan until there's a plan to execute) and could then report JHU's timetable to complete plan, along with expected follow-up steps like 4th meeting, etc. In any case, that is my hope.
