The kids are cool and we've had some good fun over the years. I live on a dead end block so everyone is kind of tight knit. Some have gone over the years but new neighbors are always welcomed with the same grace.

Yes, I decided to put a little more into the relationship with Xoie. No more complacency thinking that the yard was enough for her. From now on it's an everyday afternoon walk or a trip to the park. Today was my day off so we spent a good 5 hours at the park and now she's tuckered out. She also has the new dog door that she can access when I'm not home.

Hopefully I'll be able to take the tape off the deadbolts in time. I have to keep redoing it when friends come over and I don't want to have to buy stock in 3M to keep the supply replenished.
