NEWS!!... Seems Greg has sold out Grillit investors to the Global A brands gang of cons. Grillit didn't acquire Global A Brands. Global A brands has taken over Grillit as a public company and now Global A Brands is public... They have changed the name of Grillit to Global A Brands and Many Lopez is now President, Treasurer, Secretary, and Director. Greg Mitchel who was the President, Treasurer and Secretary no longer is, and is now a director only.
One has got to wonder what Greg Mitchel got out of this...
