That is the republican plan, confuse and cast doubt on issues that can be easily solved.

It's actually much more simple than any political mind games...it's not at all about solving problems. It is just this: Elected republiklans have money and power. They will not spend their own money, or the money coming in on taxes that pays for their power and income so anything that is an affront or risk to their seat or money will be shut down or battled into submission.

You elected me, or a criminal group appointed me and it's my power and money and you can't have it.
