It’s not dropping fast enough to keep up with the 20-30M shares number used for the past few months. At some point the number of shares will need to drop but magically they never do. A half cent reduction in share price does not keep the number of shares still needed as static (or higher) than a couple months ago, especially not with the rate of conversions that have happened but never seem to be reflected in the pending OPINION regarding shares left to convert.
