When I discussed with Ben he said my numbers were close but didn’t factor in discounted amortization. I have not gone back to verify how much they have taken there.

Many believe we are much closer than still being $600K away (or $300K using the $1.25M “outstanding balance” from the last quarterly) but we will see. Ben did specifically reference “being nearly through this phase”, which leads me to believe we are getting close to wrapping it up.
