Another reason why I know Tglo insiders have 97+% of the shares:
From TGLO’s 2003 10K:
The number of shares outstanding of the registrants common stock on 3-18-2003 was 30,382,392
Aggregate market value of common stock held by non affiliates at closing on 6-28-2003 was $892,594
The closing price on 6-28-03 was .035
THUS, no more than 25.5 million shares could ever have been in the public float. Since this time Egan issued himself 229M shares as the company went to shell status. Warrants expired unexercised and worthless. And I know that they bought back the majority of these rogue 25.5 M shares starting in the spring of 2017.
So there you have it, congratulations to those that hold these special shares.
