Once again, we have a wording that makes no sense.

If Interamerican is in the business of processing food products and QEDN has a product that needs processing, doesn't that simply mean that QEDN will be a client of Interamerican?

How can this be classified as a joint venture?

Btw, what ever happened to the processing plant in Florida?

Incas Snacks operates a processing plant and warehouse in Florida,
Colombia to de-shell, hydrate and prepare the Sacha Inchi seeds for export.

You can lead a horse to water. But you can't make him get down on one knee and do an Al Jolson impression!
