If your implying Mark Smith purchased those shares, I highly doubt it. A $20,000,000+ investment is most likely one or more institutional investors that have been waiting on the sidelines. Institutional investors have followed this mine for years, but couldn’t by company rules invest in a penny stock. Suddenly they had a chance to invest not only because there was an option that wasn’t a penny stock, but a path towards financing is now aparent. Food for thought, at the time of the large GXII purchases NIOBF was well above the .87 break even point and NIOBF would have been more bang for the buck.

I think that large investment is a sign that a sophisticated investor has confidence this will get done and be a solid investment.
