Reagan, along with Bush I, had Iran Contra. Bush II had 9/11 and the equivalent to 'stop the steal' with his bullshit weapons of mass destruction pretext for invading Iraq. Throw in the Great Recession too.

And oh yeah, president all hat and no cattle let bin Laden escape and he did jack shit to find him. Left it to the Kenyan secret Muslim to track down and kill him.
