The DOJ is not letting the absence of the U.S. Army as a supporting element of the attempted coup on 1/6 prevent it from charging the Proud Boys with sedition.

And when Trump IS charged for both planning and inciting 1/6, and for the doc thefts, they clearly won't have been prevented from doing so by your absurd rule.

Semantics do not make your posts any less ridiculous and they won't save Trump.
