Logistics company merging in, is said to have around 100 million dollars in revenue yearly, assuming a 20 to 25% margin, we could have an eps of around $1.00 a share, then figure of super conservative PE of 7 and you get a PPS of $7.00. I’d be happy with half that, lol.
