One of Trump’s earliest congressional taint remoras, Ron DeSantis rode a wave of I’m With Stupid first to the Florida GOP’s 2018 gubernatorial nomination, and then, because learning from mistakes is apparently for cucks, to a narrow general election victory.

Since that day, he has wielded his power with such malicious audacity, and to such catastrophic result, that I honestly still can’t wrap my head around the fact that it’s all taking place on American soil.

See, Ron-Ron wants to be the next Trump, which is mightily problematic, considering the first Trump is an idiot white nationalist thug whose unparalleled talent for fucking up everything he comes into contact with has caused so much senseless suffering and death.

I guess Ron “won,” because he really went above and beyond, when it came to shoveling his constituents into Covid’s waiting maw. Wherever science reared its uppity head, he struck at it with the full power of the state, fighting viciously to prevent saner local governments from overruling his bloody edicts.

He actually tried to lure the pandemic-displaced Republican National Convention to DeSantistan. “Gather at my side, O my demented brethren, that our diseases might mingle, and spread throughout the land!
