said it was NOT D&T according to posters here, to may of our chagrin.

NWOG should tell us who is performing the audit, since they made a big show of D&T and then it turns out that is not the auditor.

I think this is the kind of thing that leebret is legitimately worried about, as am I (we all know your opinion, Leebret, not an invitation to open up:)).
