Taking a step back from the financing discussion, it has been reported (below) that snpw and PT. IDN have signed an agreement to help build a solar panel facility. What are the details of this agreement? What is stipulated in the agreement as it relates to each company. Who is going to own the facility, run the facility, participate in funding, participate in profits etc.
