Thankfully I sold in the 38's in August. I have to say that was the worst quarter I have seen from a bank so far. And it isn't even close.

They got Net interest Margin to decline in this environment that takes a ton of work. There deposits costs went through the roof. And based on what they said I don't expect much improvement in q4 in the CC.

Stock is cheap on a book value perspective, and maybe long run they will excute the plan, but to lose this type of control compared to competitors on Net interest margins is not good. I can't say I have any interest in buying the one bank right now is having trouble with Net interest margin while all other banks have no issue or should have an issue at this point.

Asset quality, and Loan growth is excellent, and maybe longer run I will revisit. But I need to see better execution, before I do. All is just my opinion, and I could always be wrong though.
