We're likely still suffering from the bias about P&D and dilution (some big accounts made a big deal about the 20M shares added, but were strangely quiet when they cancelled 68M and cut the AS).

However OTC seems to have a short memory...if a certain ticker can climb back from .0005 to .002 on the same scams they've been pulling for years, this should go way past the 52W high, just look at some of the trash that's running today and why!

This will lose a zero in QB, no doubt about it. The bigger question is do we move the decimal?
