Still no new transfer agent (Petey promised this a long while ago - another lie), and CEO Petey still not updating OTC Markets with restricted vs. unrestricted shares.

This would all be done automatically, if HPNN could get a Transfer Agent Verified status on OTC, like most real companies do.
What is he hiding and why?
