Hockeypond, I listened to the tape 6 times. There is nothing on that tape that indicates there will be a decision in 3 months. That is for 2 reasons. First, it's not on the tape. Second, this isn't Judge Judy. An appellate court will never ever say we'll have a decision in 3 months. The 11th circuit's guideline is 1 year. It could be sooner but they try to publish opinions within 1 year.
