Goosebumps, The OTC Markets Pink Basic Disclosure Guidelines state:

"Companies are expected to release quickly to the public any news or information regarding corporate events that may be material to the issuer and its securities (including adverse information)."

Based on the guidelines, It seems prudent to issue a second notice if the situation changed. I would consult with legal counsel on the actual need.
