He issued PR's stating he had acquired GREENBRIAR MJ VENTURES in Wilson, OK (Murray County).

Both were once licensed to grow but neither are any more. OMMA has 590 pages x 15 licensees per page. Basically anyone with a pulse, $5k fee and a clean criminal record could get licensed: https://oklahoma.gov/content/dam/ok/en/omma/docs/business-lists/omma_growers_list.pdf

As a corporation it is still deemed "active" but in "default." Oddly Eddie appears as the "registered agent" (not the owner) "effective 10/17/2022" (yesterday) which is weird because a R/A is supposed to be a resident of the state the company is incorporated in (in this case that's Oklahoma)

VAKSER IS CLEARLY NOT A RESIDENT OF OKLAHOMA. I WONDER WHAT THE PENALTY IS FOR FILING A FALSE DOCUMENT WITH THE SOS. SEEMS LIKE A HAM-HANDED ATTEMPT TO GET THAT OLD CORP CURRENT... POSSIBLY AS A FRONT FOR THE IDIOTIC "ACQUISITION" BY A SIMILAR NAME HE ANNOUNCED TODAY?
